3B Srl has been included in the Supplier List of SNAM SpA at chapter "Technical and Operation Assistance in the Marine Field". By this additional qualification, 3B Srl confirms its role of primary supporting Company in the marine field.

3B Srl has been successful in securing a Framework Agreement to provide quality control services for support vessels and technical assistance services for marina activities in Italy and Worldwide issued by a major Oil Company. The contract has been placed for three years, plus possible extension, and it can be used by Company Affiliates worldwide.

System management of 3B Srl has been positively re-audited conforming standard ISO 9001:2015 (Quality System), ISO 14001:2015 (Environmental System) and ISO45001:2018 (Health and Safety Management System). The renewal audits of the Company system management have been successfully completed in May 2021 by DNV-Business Assurance in both Company's Premises in Torre del Greco and Genoa.

The contract has been placed for one year and it can be used by Company Affiliates worldwide.

3B Srl has been proposing procedures and protocols designed to conduct vessel inspection activities by a remote approach so that the “Marine Auditing” service can be continued also during the recent outbreak of Covid-19 which has restricted access to ports and/or access on board the vessel to be audited. Procedures and protocols have been used several times and found efficient and “fit for the scope” by Customers.

3B Srl has secured a co-operation agreement with a well-known Partner focused in the design and hydraulic calculation of water mist firefighting systems (low pressure). Hydraulic calculations are based on FHC Canute hydraulic analysis software, which complies with over 12 international standards including EN 12845, NFPA, FM Global, BS 9251 and many more.

3B Srl has secured a work order to investigate about the compliance of the current hull structure scantling of FIRENZE FPSO (ENI Group) with the requirements of the future service site as expected. The redeployment of the vessel is expected during 2019 for an expected 15 years service life.

3BSrl is proud to inform that additional inspectors part of the 3B marine auditing team have been successful in gaining CMID Accredited Vessel Inspector status by IIMS (International Institute of Marine Surveying – UK).
Accreditation is valid for General and DP vessels as weel as for Small Workboats (less than 24m).
